The aim of the joint project is to understand the lessons learned about online teaching at universities during the COVID-19 pandemic and to empirically reconstruct possible changes at an individual and organizational level. Building on this, recommendations for action for the design of digital university teaching are to be developed by developing digitalization scenarios.

In sub-project 3 at Paderborn University, the development of digital practices in university teaching will be reconstructed using problem-centered interviews with professors. In this way, the aim is to determine which individual, structural and organizational conditions for success already exist for digital university teaching and how these can be expanded in the future.
